1) TWO YEARS warranty is valid for all Aurora products purchased from our authorised reseller with legitimate purchase receipt as proof of purchase & must be successfully registered the products for warranty on auroracorp.com.my. Failure to register the product online for warranty within 30 days of purchase would render the product warranty limit to 1 years only.
2) This product is only warranty against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of registered purchase.
3) This warranty does not cover, losses, damages, defects or manufacturing resulting from acts of gods, fire, civil-unrest or equipment/set has been dropped.
4) This warranty does not cover damage to any product caused by accident, misuse or in an anyway being tampered with for example:
a) Any unauthorised installation, repair, alteration or modification.
b) Ordinary wear & tear on Gear
c) Usage of wrong electrical supply voltage.
d) Usage not in accordance with the operation instruction booklet.
e) Usage of parts or supplies which do not meet Product specifications.
5) This warranty does not cover paper jam, re-programming, re-installation or regular servicing of the product.
6) This warranty is considered null and void if either the warranty card or original receipt is being altered, erased or defaced in any manner.
7) The purchaser must produce the warranty card or dated proof of purchase receipt when call for service. No replacement of warranty card/receipt in case of loss.
(Important: Service and parts will be charged if these items are not produced.)
