I. How do I clear a jam?

Located in the back of the laminator, you will find a red lever. When pressed, the rollers will release and allow to easily remove the stuck item.

II. Why are there wrinkles when I laminate?

For optimum lamination without wrinkles, the rollers would need to preheat to its operating temperature
III. What kind of laminating pouches can I use?

Your brand new calculator has a plastic protective sheet covering the screen. Locate the "pull-tab" of the sheet on the right side and "Peel" off. Your calculator is now ready for use.

IV. How do I change the battery?

Any quality brand pouches would work with Aurora laminators. Please refer to the User Manual for specific pouch sizes and thickness for optimum results.

Aurora no longer produce laminating pouches, but any quality brand would work with the machines. Please refer to the User Manual for specific pouch sizes and thickness for optimum results.
V. Why is the laminated item curling?

To prevent curling after lamination, place item on a flat surface to cool before handling. Some models will have cooling trays or arms.
VI. Why is the laminator not heating up?

For "heat" lamination, make sure the machine is set to correct "Hot" setting, oppose to the "Cold" setting.
